1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Invoice Pro ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Invoice Pro is a mobile application that allows users to create professional invoices, manage customer records, convert images to PDF, and digitally sign documents. The app is available on iOS and Android platforms.

3. Free Trial & Premium

The app offers a free trial that includes limited usage:

• 3 invoices
• 3 image-to-PDF conversions
• 3 document signings
• 3 customers

A one-time payment of €5 unlocks unlimited lifetime access to all features. This is a single, non-recurring charge. There are no subscriptions.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate delivery of premium access, refunds are generally not provided.

5. Your Data

All data created in the app is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, or any other cause. We recommend using the Export Data feature regularly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Invoice Pro only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your invoices and documents comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, templates, and content, is the intellectual property of Invoice Pro. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the app without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Invoice Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. The invoices generated by the app are tools; you are responsible for ensuring their accuracy and legal compliance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoice Pro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate access to the app for violations of these terms.
