Data Storage

All data you enter into Invoice Pro is stored locally on your device. This includes:

• Invoices and payment records
• Items catalog and tax rates
• Digital signatures
• App settings and preferences

We do not operate servers that store your business data. Your information never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share or export it.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal information
• We do not use analytics or tracking tools
• We do not collect usage statistics
• We do not access your contacts, photos, or files without your explicit action
• We do not sell or share any data with third parties

Payment Processing

If you choose to purchase the lifetime premium upgrade, payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information. You can review it at stripe.com/privacy.

Email Sending

When you use the email invoice feature, the app opens your device's default email client or sends the email through your configured email settings. The email content and attachments are generated locally on your device.

Data Export & Backup

You can export your data as a backup file at any time from the app's Settings. This backup file is encrypted with a signature to prevent tampering. You control where this file is stored and shared.

Permissions

The app may request the following device permissions:

• Camera — To take photos for image-to-PDF conversion or company logo
• Photo Library — To select images for conversion or company logo

These permissions are only requested when you initiate the relevant action and can be revoked at any time through your device settings.

Children's Privacy

Invoice Pro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
